What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on growing market share by developing new customer relationships while expanding business with existing accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, property managers, and commercial customers
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings and job site visits
- Identify customer needs and recommend profitable product solutions
- Expand existing customer relationships through exceptional service
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Maintain accurate customer activity and sales records
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales preferred
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven by results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Plumbing industry experience is helpful but not required. We value sales ability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
